Daughter of the late Beatrice Lemaire; beloved wife of the late Cecil Sample; dear mother of Shirley (Dale Dempsey) and Raymond (late Helen Presley); loving grandmother of Cynthia, Michael (Nancy) and Sandra: great-grandmother of Bryan, Matthew and Laurens. She will also be sadly missed by her brother Chuck (Arlene Lemaire): her sisters-in-law: Myrtle McGee, Nancy (late Frank Lemaire), late Barbara, many nieces, nephews, cousins and very special friends Girli and Rose. As per Dorothy's request, her body was donated to medical science. Friends and relatives may call at Lamarre & Son Funeral Home, 453 St. Philippe Street, Alfred, Ont., (613) 679-2802, Saturday, July 13th, 2013 from 1 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service the same day at 2 p.m. in the funeral home's chapel.
