Services for Mrs. Elsie Smith will be held 11 am, Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Decatur United Methodist Church with burial in the Decatur Cemetery. Rev. Bruce Taylor will officiate.
Mrs. Smith, 67, of Decatur, died Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at her residence.
