"Died on May first after a short illness, Mrs. Eliza Ann, consort of Thomas P. Adams of St Clair Township, Allegheny County, PA."∼Daughter of Thomas Larimer and Nancy (Means) Larimer,

"Died May 1st 1840, Mrs. Lilizanne (sic.) Adams (formerly Larimer), wife of Mr. Thomas P. Adams - she died suddenly of chorea brought on by false pasteurization and medical mismanagement. As a member of the church, her life and conduct were consistent, and it is hopeful that she died in Jesus."
