Lindon Woman Dies Friday After Illness
LINDON – Colleen Randall Holdaway, 28, Lindon, died Friday in the Cottonwood Hospital following a long illness. She was born June 22, 1942, in Coalville, a daughter of Willis Joseph and Eva Hohler Randall.
She married Marvon D. Holdaway on April 28, 1961, in Lindon. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was an active member of the LDS Church in the Lindon Ward. She attended Pleasant Grove Schools and was a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School.
Survivors include her husband of Lindon; four sons and one daughter; Marvon H., Duane, Steven, Randy, and Brenda Jean Holdaway, all of Lindon; her parents of Pleasant Grove; one brother and two sisters, Jerry W. Randall, American Fork; Mrs. Floyd (Karen) Duke, Springville; Susan Randall, Pleasant Grove.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the Lindon Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Olpin Family Mortuary in Pleasant Grove tonight from 7 to 9 o’clock and Monday at the chapel prior to services. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove City Cemetery
