Dr. de Jesus came to the United States in 1963 to pursue a career in neurology. For many years Dr. de Jesus had his own practice and worked closely with Southeast and North Central Baptist Hospitals. Dr. de Jesus is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Lilia de Jesus, MD, of San Antonio; son, Joel de Jesus and wife Hati of Silver Spring, Maryland; son, Dean de Jesus and wife Kerry of San Antonio; daughter, Lisa de Jesus of Waxahachie, Texas; grandson, Richie de Jesus of San Antonio; granddaughter, Bailey de Jesus of San Antonio; and granddaughter Sophie de Jesus of Silver Spring, Maryland.
