MRS. ELIZABETH BALDER
FOLEY, Minn. - Mrs. Elizabeth Balder, 82, Rt. 1, died Monday in the St. Cloud Hospital. She was born Sept. 23, 1889 in St. George Township, Benton County.
She and Robert Balder were married April 23, 1918 and had lived in this area all of her life. She was a member of St. Lawrence Christian Mothers.
She is survived by her husband; children, Norbert, and Mrs. Robert Kirchoff, Foley. There are eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter in 1969 and four brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services are Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Lawrence Church in Duelm, Minn., with the Rev., Val Klimek officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call at the Foley Funeral Home after 3 p.m. Wednesday.
St. Lawrence parish prayers will be said Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Robert Kirchoff Jr., Douglas Kirchoff, Alphonse Halfman, Theodore Pollard, Richard Balder and Raymond Struzyk.
