Daughter of Josiah Bufkin (who was born in South Carolina and died around 1821-30 in Perry County, Mississippi, she married Charles Randolph Price, Sr. They had seven children: Alexander Price (b. 1826), Rachel Price (b. November 1826), Mary Ann Price (b. 1827), Charles Randolph Price, Jr. (1833- 1867), Hardy H. Price (1836-1859), Milton Harrison Price (b. November 19, 1839), Thomas F. Price (b. 1843).
