Harold G. Bagshaw , 63, of Homestead Street, Manchester, husband of the late Patricia (Dziato) Bagshaw ; and father of the late State Trooper Russell Bagshaw , died Thursday (Oct. 19, 1995) at Manchester Memorial Hospital. He was born in Hartford, Dec. 13, 1931, the son of the late George and Amy Bagshaw . He lived most of his life in Manchester, and had served in the U.S. Army National Guard during the Korean Conflict. Prior to retiring, he was a proof reader for Connecticut Printers of Bloomfield, and Bond Press, for many years, and was associated with Lenox Pharmacy, Manchester, for more than 40 years. Mr. Bagshaw is survived by two sons and two daughters-in- law, Kenneth G. Bagshaw of Manchester, Robert A. and Rhonda Bagshaw of Manchester, Mrs. Russell (Carol) Bagshaw of Coventry; two sisters, Florence Shepard of South Windsor, Muriel French of Florida; three grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; his mother-in-law, Pierina Dziato of Manchester; and a sister-in-law, Deanna M. Dziato of Glastonbury. Funeral services will be Monday (Oct. 23, 1995) 9:15 a.m., at Watkins Funeral Home, 142 East Center St., Manchester, with a Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m., at St. Bridget Church, 70 Main St., Manchester. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
