The death of William Shellhart, seventy-nine years of age, and that of his son-in-law, Renza Foust, sixty-six, occurred within a few hours, Mr. Shellhart this morning at 6:30, and Mr. Foust Wednesday night about 9:00. Both are well known residents of the Winamac area....

Mr. Foust suffered a heart attack Wednesday evening at his home west of Winamac. He was employed at the Winamac Steel Products Co., until two months ago, when his health began to fail. His parents were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Foust, and he had spent his entire life in the Winamac area. He was born July 23, 1893 and was married in 1934 to Golda Little Hedger.

Surviving are his wife; one daughter, Mrs. Shirley Denton of Winamac; step-daughter, Mrs. Sylvia Watts of Lucerne; step-sons Donald Hedger of Winamac and Richard Hedger of the Denver vicinity; three brothers, Russell Foust of Beaver township, Alfred of Griffithville, Ark., Herbert of Hammond, Ward of Marion, Otto of Logansport; three sisters, Mrs. Marion Poisel of Medaryville, Mrs. Lena Smith of Francesville and Mrs. Pearl Circle of Kokomo.

Final services are to be held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 at the Fry & Lange funeral home. The Rev. Richard Berkey will officiate and burial will be in the Winamac cemetery.
