She was 1987 graduate of John Yeates High School and a graduate of Virginia Tech with a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics. She was employ with R.G.I.S. as an inventory specialists. Her survivors include parents, Melvin Bradshaw Sr. and Peggy T. Bradshaw of Suffolk; sister, Shakunda Bradshaw of Portsmouth; two brothers, Raymond Bradshaw (Rena) and Melvin Bradshaw Jr. both of Suffolk; maternal grandmother, Hestha Aretha Taylor of Franklin; godmother, Joann Ricks; uncle, Lloyd Bradshaw (Marilyn) of Suffolk; nieces, nephews, three aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2005 at Healing Chapel Baptist Church. The interment will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
The family will be receiving friends at Crocker Funeral Home, Suffolk, from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
