Mrs. Lida Hardy Buried at Maple Grove.
Mrs. Lida Hardy, aged 86 yrs died at her home on Riley street on Monday evening at 11 o'clock. She had been in failing health since last May. A lifelong resident of Dundee Mrs. Hardy was the daughter of Elisha and Jane Kent, pioneers of Dundee. She was born on a farm near Dundee July 9 1853. A few years were spent on a farm in Milan. She married E. T. Hardy in the year 1876. Mr. Hardy died in 1900. Surviving are two stepdaughters Mrs. Ada H. Green of Detroit and Mrs. C. H. Torrey of Ann Arbor.
