Florence "Eileen" Buchholz, 97, passed away at 2:05 a.m., Saturday, August 10, 2013. She was the daughter of William and Florence Dial Gross. She married Martin Buchholz on April 17, 1936, in LaSalle, Illinois. He preceded her in death in 1962.
Mrs. Buccholz was a member of the Lincoln Christian Church and was active in the Oasis Senior Center and Jolly Seniors. She retired as a LPN from Lincoln Developmental Center.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Kimberly (Kevin) LaForge, one great-grandson, Aaron (Rene) LaForge, one great-granddaughter, Ronda LaForge and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Marta Kay Hildebrandt and one great-great-grandchild. -
