On Monday, August 12, 2013, the world lost a very special man. Danny Dee Lowe, 69, of Pleasanton, California, passed away after a courageous battle with a terminal illness.He was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho to Mabel Taylor and Harmon Bowler. On January 5, 1967 he married his counterpart, Shirley Harris. He was an avid sportsman; hunting and fishing were his passion. In his early life, Danny was a welder by trade. Later he found his calling in property management, where he supervised a real estate portfolio in Washington, before moving to Pleasanton, where he and Shirley spent their time enjoying life, family, and their unconditional love. Danny is survived by his wife Shirley Lowe, his daughter Kim and her husband Jack Wolcott, his daughter Misty Forbush, his son Scott Lowe, his many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren, his brother Eddie Bowler, and his aunt Bonnie Bolton. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mabel Taylor and Harmon Bowler, his beloved grandparents, Ed and Leona Taylor, and his daughter Dawnee Lowe. Funeral services for Danny will be held in Pocatello at Colonial Funeral Home (2005 S 4th Avenue) on Saturday, August 17, at 2:00 pm with a viewing one hour prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
