The Titusville Herald, Tues Feb 25 1986:
Ruben B. Renninger, 82, of Titusville, RD#3, died at 10:45 am Monday at Titusville Hospital. He was born in Oakland Township Feb. 8, 1904, a son of the late Hugh Hayes and Cora Elizabeth Whitten Renninger.

He worked as a lumberman throughout the area.

He is survived by three brothers, Paul Renninger, Frank Renninger and Jack Renninger, all of Titusville; three sisters, Florence Daly of Titusville, Betty Birchard and Tillie Alabaugh, both of Franklin; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters.

Services will be at Morrison Funeral Home in Oil City with Rev. Robert Witmer, pastor of Dempseytown Tabernacle, officiating. Interment will follow in Lamey Cemetery.
