Clarence was born on March 28, 1909 to Frank 1880-1962 memorial # 137519883, and Katherine (Kubs or Kubsh) 1876-bef 1962 Blahnik. He was the oldest of six children. He married Julia A. Decker on June 20, 1934. At that time he listed his occupation as an auto mechanic. The couple had two children; Kenneth Clarence 1938-1962 and Kathleen Hutterer 1950-2007. Clarence died May 27, 1974 in Kellnersville, WI. His wife lived until 1998.

His Obituary from the Manitowoc Herald Times, May 21, 1974 p. 3, added by Stacy Migut, reads:
Clarence L. Blahnik, 65, of Kellnersville, died Tuesday morning at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.

Funeral services will be at 10:15 a.m. Friday at Saur Funeral Home and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. The Very Rev. Msgr. Alfred A. Schneider will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Blahnik was born March 28, 1909, at Kellnersville, son of the late Frank and Katherine Kubsh Blahnik. He married Julia Decker June 20, 1934, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. He owned and operated Blahnik's Garage in the Village of Kellnersville, for many years. He was a member of the Western Fraternal Life Assn.
(CZBJ) Lodge No. 221 of Menchalsville and a life member of the Kellnersville Betterment Assn.

Survivors include his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Dale (Kathleen) Hutterer, of Kellnersville; two brothers, Emil, of Manitowoc and Edward, of Kellnersville; a sister, Mrs. George (Alice) Lemberger, of Manitowoc; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Ben (Catherine) Bonno, of Green Bay; three grandchildren, six step grandchildren and four step great grandchildren. A son, Kenneth, and two brothers preceded him in death.

Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville, after 4 p.m.
Thursday and Friday until the time of service. A wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday by Msgr. Schneider.
