Mrs. Alice G. Lemberger, 69, of 1930 Knoll Street, Manitowoc, died Wednesday morning, March 28, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and 10:00 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Leo Schmitt with burial to follow at Knollwood Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Lemberger, nee Alice Grace Blahnik, was born August 8, 1914, at Kellnersville, daughter of the late Frank W. and Katherine Kubach Blahnik. She married George Lemberger November 26, 1935, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. After their marriage, the couple farmed in Maple Grove for four years. They then came to Cooperstown until 1967. They then moved to Manitowoc. Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Lemberger was employed at Mirro Aluminum. Her husband preceded her in death August 25, 1969. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Lonnie and Judy Lemberger of Route 1 Maribel, Garry and Linda Lemberger of Route 2 Cato, and William and Judi Lemberger of Green Bay; a brother, Emil Blahnik of Manitowoc; six grandchildren, David, Lonette, Paul, Anita, Renee and Eric. She was preceded in death by four brothers.
