- Ardith Harris died Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at Hillcrest Country Estates, in Papillion, where she had been a resident for about four months.

Ardith was born January 19, 1918, in Dodge, to Joseph and Lottie (Birch) Stubbert. She received her education at Fairview School in Dodge County.

One December 13, 1940, Ardith married LeRoy Sumner, in Harlan, Iowa, (LeRoy died March 23, 1965), and they lived in Rogers. On July 7, 1968, Ardith married Carl L. Clausen, in Lincoln, (Carl died November 28, 1988), and they lived in Schuyler. On May 4, 1991, Ardith married Cecil Harris, (Cecil died February 12, 2008), and they made their home in Fremont.

Ardith is survived by two daughters, Bonnie (Tom) White, of Millard, and LeAnna (Walt) Faron, of Papillion; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, LeRoy Sumner, Carl L. Clausen and Cecil Harris; two sons, Robert and Thomas Sumner; daughter, Elaine Bailey; two granddaughters, Kim Ruth Bailey, and Amy Ardith Sumner; four sisters, Elva Woolgar, Lola Lodes, Ruby Lutz and Elsie Thomson; three brothers, Carroll, Ollie and Arthur Stubbert; and two infant brothers.
