Catherine Fritz Guadagno was born on Staten Island, NY in the town of Stapleton on September 4, 1915. Catherine was the second child born to George and Anna (Raff) Fritz. Her parents were native Staten Islanders. George died in 1929 and Anna died in 1970. They are both buried on Staten Island in Saint Mary's Cemetary in Grasmere. Also buried in the same cemetary are her twin sisters Mildred McGowan, and Lillian Leis, along with a second set of twins Dorothy Ann Quinn and Daniel Fritz. Her brothers George and Edward are also deceased.
Catherine lived in Brooklyn until her death on November 14, 1992. Together with her husband Arnold they haphazardly raised eight children. Unfortunately they were not able to solidify their children, due to the fact that their parenting skills were nil, therefore enabling them to become estranged as a unit. Sadly, the family has disintigrated as a whole.
