Elsworth Bair 74 of 4096 Old Orchard Road died at 4:30 am today at his home He was the husband of Fairy M Bupp Bair Mr Bair was born in Washington DC and was a son of the late Robert and Lula Tollinger Bair
He retired in 1968 from the Bayuk Cigar Co York where he was a machinist and where he had worked for 42 years Mr Bair was a member of Yorkshire United Methodist Church and its men’s Sunday school class
Survivors include: One daughter Mrs Marlyn J Witmer Stonewood Road York RD 9. Two grandsons Two sisters, Mrs William Leland Manchester RD 1 and Mrs Dorothy Bair 642 W Market St
The funeral will be at 2 pm Saturday 1 at the LeRoy R Leber Tuneral Home 2290 School St Shiloh Mr Bair’s minister the Rev Thomas C Webb will officiate Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery Memorial contributions may be made to Yorkshire United Methodist Church improvement fund Yorkshire United Methodist Church 125 Edgewood Road York Pa 17402
