Margaret Schoenradt Downs, 86, 901 E. Main St., died Friday, at 4:57 a.m. at a local hospital She was born Oct. 10, 1893, in Carroll County. She was married to Carl E. Schoenradt, who died Oct. 23, 1959. She later was married to Raymond Downs, who died May 17, 1963.

She is survived by four sons; Donald Schoenradt, West Bend, Wis.; Robert W. Schoenradt, Galveston; John W. Schoenradt, 3054 Burlington Ave.; and Gene Schoenradt, 1012 Michigan Ave.; two daughters; Mrs. Betty Daffer, Elkhart; and Mrs. Patricia Galloway, Lake Charles. La.; a brother; Luther Rice, Aurora, Ill.; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. One grandson preceded her in death.

Services will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Fisher Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Paul Grant officiating. Burial will be in the Clymers Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
