George B. McCracken, aged 68 years, died at his home in Worth township, Butler county, at 7 p. m. Tuesday after an illness of four weeks with complications. Mr. McCracken was engaged in the farming occupation. He was born in Worth township and spent his entire life there. He was born on May 3, 1865, the son of Jacob and Hulda Shaffer McCracken. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Jennie McCune McCracken; two brothers, harry and Lee McCracken of Butler county, and one sister, Mrs. Jennie Walton of Scott township. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 3, at 2 p. m. from the home of his brother, Lee McCracken. Rev. Bell will officiate. Interment will be made in Plaingrove cemetery.
