Nancy (Short) Clotfelter married David Abner Clotfelter 24 FEB 1809 in Rowan Co., NC. The family were immigrating to MO in March 1833 when he died and was buried in Swallows Gap, TN. She continued on to Cape Girardeau, MO with her nine children. Many of these children are buried in Oak Grove Cemetery.
