Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Schmidt, Bartelt and Gerber Funeral Home, Milwaukee.
Mr. Rahlf had been engaged in a real estate business in Menomonee Falls. He had been employed in Merrill as a foreman at the former L. F. Strassheim Co.
Surviving, besides his wife, Vivian, are two daughters and two grandchildren.

Milton K. Rahlf, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Rahlf, passed away early Sunday morning in Holy Cross Hospital in Merrill. Mr. Rahlf was stricken with an apparent heart attack while at his cottage on Pickerel Lake in the Harrison Hills. He was brought to the Merrill hospital where he passed away.
Mr. Rahlf and his wife, Vivian, lived in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin where he was engaged in the real estate business. He is survived by his wife Vivian and two daughters, Mrs. Thomas Beres (Rochelle) and Mrs. Donald McCord (Jolene) and two grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Rahlf will be at the Schmidt, Bartelt and Gerber Funeral Home, 10121 W. North Avenue in Milwaukee at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 29.
Mr. Rahlf and his family formerly lived in Merrill where he had been employed as a foreman in the L. F. Strassheim Company.
