Carolyn Kay Remick 66, of Burlington died at 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 27, 2013, at Burlington Care Center.
Born April 9, 1947 in Gladstone, Illinois, she was the daughter of Frank and Veva Patton Remick.
Ms. Remick was a 1965 graduate of Union High School. She worked as a CNA for 35 years in Monmouth, Morning Sun and Danville, retiring in 2000. She was a member of Long Creek United Methodist Church. She collected teddy bears, was a Cardinal fan and was a huge Elvis fan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, three brothers and special friend, Dale Nau.
