He married Hannah 27 April 1808. They had ten children. Thomas married second, 29 Dec. 1842, Mrs. Martha Wilkins (died Ashby, Mass. 1 June 1846. He married third, 16 Oct. 1846, Mrs. Annas [sp] Whitcomb.
