She was the wife of the late Edmund B. Armstrong.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Frank and Carrie (Sisson) Bonaventure, she lived in Providence almost all her life.
Mrs. Armstrong was the oldest member of Grace Episcopal Church, Providence.
She is survived by a son, a daughter, 8 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Dorothea C. Saute.
