Affectionately known as "Sissy" in the family, Alice was the Daughter of Roscoe & Jeannette Carter. We were "buddies". I loved her a lot. We used to ride the trolley to downtown, Pittsburgh, on several Saturday's. She loved downtown. She was very good with kid's. She loved her Grandchildren. About 1970, she developed glacoma, and had problems with her eyes after that. My Aunt died in her sleep, in her bedroom on the third floor of her home. She was almost blind.
