CHESTER F. ROSINSKY
(1911 - 2006)

Chester F. Rosinsky, age 95, of 2222 S. 11th St., Manitowoc, died Friday evening, Dec. 1, 2006, at his residence.

Chester was born on Aug. 19, 1911, in Manitowoc, son of the late Fredrick and Emma (Carle) Rosinsky. He served in the National Guard from 1935 to 1941 with Company E. On Oct. 28, 1939, he married the former Virginia Brixius at St. Boniface Catholic Church in Manitowoc. Chester was employed with Mirro Co. for more than 50 years until his retirement in 1978. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, Aerie, 706, and was an avid fisherman.

Chester is survived by his wife of 67 years: Virginia, Manitowoc; one daughter: Kathryn Kohls, Manitowoc; two grandsons: Michael (Jody) Behringer, Mishicot, Mark (Lynda) Behringer, Racine; three great-grandchildren: Ehrin, Kyra, and Brooke; one brother-in-law and four sisters-in-law: Grace Rosinsky, Manitowoc, Donald and Ann Brixius, Brillion, Grace Jirikowic, Manitowoc, Elaine Brixius, Manitowoc; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was also preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters: his twin brother Lester, Emily, Roy, Ruth, Elmer, Erwin, Miles, Earl, and Clarence.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday Dec. 5, 2006, at St. Francis of Assisi on Marshall. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Jim Vanden Hogen with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Manitowoc. The family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday Dec. 5, 2006, at St. Francis of Assisi on Marshall from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m.

The Pfeffer Funeral Home and Cremation Care Center, Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
