ALVARADO Crisanta Alvarado, Age 75, of Bridgeport, entered into peaceful rest on Thursday, April 28, 2005, in St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport. Crisanta was born in Cayey, Puerto Rico, before moving to Bridgeport many years ago. She is the wife of the Late Juan Alvarado and the daughter of the late Tomas Figueroa and the late Ines Ramos. She is survived by her sons, William Alvarado, Luis Alvarado, Anibal Alvarado and Edwin Alvarado; her brothers, Narciso Figueroa and Virgilio Rodriguez; her sisters, Rose Alvarado, Virginia Vicente and Ester Marrero; thirteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her two sons, Norberto and Juan E. Alvarado. Funeral services will take place on Monday, May 2, 2005, beginning at 9 a.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Fatima Church at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Mt. Grove Cemetery.
