Mary E. (Kitty) Neff
1925 - 2013
Mary (Kitty) Neff of Meridian, Idaho, passed away on November 11, 2013 in Boise. Mom was born on June 7, 1925 in Kuna, Idaho to Coleman and Ruth Green. She graduated from Kuna High School and on November 17, 1943 at age 18 married Alvin Neff in McClusky, North Dakota. Mom was a beautiful golfer, earning the title of Eagle Hills Ladies Club Champion in 1991, and also loved to snow ski with her Grandkids. She was a beautiful, kind and generous lady who went through life with zest and fire.
She is survived by her son, Steve (Janet) Neff, and daughters Vicki (Dave) Ekmark, Ivona Neff, and Ann Marie Baird, six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, a brother, Bill (Patsy) Green, a sister Pat (Ted) Lewis and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and a sister.
Brother Pete Green passed shortly before her, pausing only briefly before coming back to take her with him.
It was Mom's wishes that there be no service.
