Charles A. Barnes, 51, of Glen Allen, went to be with the Lord January 22, 1983. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Jean Barnes; three daughters, Mrs. Donna Hazelwood, Richmond, Delores and Angela Barnes, Glen Allen; two sons, S/Sgt. Michael Barnes, U.S.A.F., Stephen Barnes of Glen Allen; two grandchildren, Richard and Melissa Hazelwood; three sisters, Mrs. Christine Clemons, Stuart, Va. Mrs. Irene Cox, Richmond, Mrs. Eva Joyce, Danville; six brothers, Leonard Barens, Martinsville, Leslie and Harold Barnes of Woodford, Va., Chester Barnes, Memphis, Tenn., J.B. Barnes, Charlotte, N.C.; REmains rest at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 Parham Road, until 11 A.M. Tuesday then at Goodwill Baptist Church where services will be conducted at 1 P.M. Interment in Signal Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Goodwill Baptist Church.
