Died, Mrs. Elizabeth EAGLESON, wife of H. V. EAGLESON, July 10th, 1882, aged 32 years, 28 days. The deceased was a member of the African M. E. church for seventeen years. She leaves a husband and two little children to mourn her loss, together with many friends. She was loved by all who knew her. Before she died she called her friends to her bedside and told them she was going to leave them. She said she was ready and willing to go; was prepared to meet her Lord, and that he had called her and she must go. Her time, she said, had come, and it was a debt which we must all pay. She died happy, and was buried in the Bloomfield cemetery on Tuesday evening.
