Albert L. Rutledge, 74, died at his home near Le Roy on Wednesday. He was a son of Thomas Rutledge, one of the the pioneers of that section of the county. He was born on the J.B. Smith farm near Le Roy.
He was married November 5, 1865 to Miss Elizabeth Rees. They were the parents of seven children.
