Mr. Hebert was a native of Biloxi, MS., moved to Belle Chasse, Louisiana, at the age of 7, where he resided until he graduated in 1971 from Belle Chasse High School. After graduation he returned to Mississippi with his parents to reside in Ocean Springs. He worked at Ingalls Shipbuilding for over 30 years.
Mr. Hebert was preceded in death by his father, Willis Paul Hebert. He is survived by his wife, Pamela (Forshee) Hebert of Ocean Springs, four children, Robert James Hebert and Richard Joseph Hebert, both of Ocean Springs, Yvette Michelle Hebert of Madison, MS., and Jennifer Nicole Hebert of Ocean Springs, his mother, Annie Mae Richard Hebert, of Ocean Springs, brother, Otto Paul Hebert and wife, Sherry Diane Taylor Hebert of New Orleans, four grandchildren, Garrett Matthew, Ethan Paul, Shyane Michelle and Zane Marcell, and several nieces and nephews.
