Sister Regina King Payne was born november 8,1910 to the late James and Etta King she departed this life april 29,1998 at 4:00pm at her home in Mer Rouge,La.She was baptize 1929 at Cherry Hill #2 MBC under the leadership pf Rev Allen.She married to Clem Payne on November 1936 who preceeded her in death. this union five children was born two preceeded her in death one at birth and on Dessie Jones.She leave to cherish her memory two daughter and stepdaughter Paralea Covington,Jerutha Cannon,Selma Smith ,2 sons Clem Payne Jr,Robert Payne,She also reared two grandchildren Debra Lumplin and Gary Lumpkins.23 grandchildren,34 great grandchildren,5 great great grandchildren,15 nieces and nephew.a stepmother in law Almeater Payne,4 sister in law,7 brother in law and host of a great nieces,nephew cousin and friends.
