Lakeland- Jeannetta S. Joiner, age 84, passed away Monday December 2, 2013 at home from heart failure. Jeannetta was born April 5, 1929 in Mulberry to James M. & Odessa (Nanney)Simmons. Jeannetta was vice-president for Sun Trust Mulberry Branch. Jeannetta moved to Lakeland from Willow Oak seven years ago. She was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church, but attended Mulberry United Methodist Church where she was the pianist. Jeannetta is preceded in death by her first husband Steve Claville and her second husband Jesse Joiner. She is survived by her son Gary (Lynda) Claville, granddaughters Stephanie D. Clayton, Tammi J. Claville, great grandchildren Shelby, Olivia, Kannen & Sydney and sister Dorinda Love. Visitation will be held Saturday December 7, 2013 at Mulberry United Methodist Church from 10:00-11:00 A.M. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 A.M. Condolences may be sent to the [email protected].
