Lilly Krepline, 82 of 21689 Humpty Dumpty Road, Chilton, passed away on Sunday,
September 23, 1990 at the home of her daughter, following a courageous battle
with cancer. Funeral services will be at 2 pm on Wednesday at St. Peter
Lutheran Church, Collins with the Rev. Arnold Ruddat officiating. Burial will
be in the church cemetery.
She was born October 30, 1907 in the Town of Rantoul, daughter of the late
Frank and Pauline Seehafer Furhmann. She was married to Theodore Krepline on
September 11, 1928 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Rantoul. She farmed with her
husband in the Town of Rockland until retiring in 1965. She then worked at
Hipke Canning Company in Chilton for several works. They celebrated their
Golden Wedding Anniversary on September 11, 1978. She was a member of St.
Peter Lutheran Church, Collins, the Ladies Aide and the Collins Senior
Citizens.
She is survived by a daughter, Lynabelle Sukowaty of rural Cato, two sons and
daughters-in-law, Leland and Mary Lou Krepline of Reedsville and Orville and
Ida May Krepline of Brillion; 17 grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren; 16 great
grandchildren and 7 step great grandchildren; two sisters and brothers-in-law,
Rose and Wilmer Ahrens and Roldina and Wilmer Dallmann, all of Potter. She was
preceded in death by her husband, March 12, 1980, one son, Roland, a grandson,
Steven, a son-in-law and a daughter-in-law.
Friends may call at the Wieting Funeral Home in Reedsville from 4-9 pm Tuesday
and on Wednesday from 8 am until 10:30 am and then at the church from 11 am
until the hour of service.
