This is one of a large number of inscriptions on the monument shared by Governor Charles Lynch and is obviously a memorial inscription, not a grave marker, since it says that she is buried in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

This is Margaret Lynch Cage Land Ware https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/137450102/margaret-s-ware She was mother to eight children (all who are buried in this plot and/or memorialized on this marker).

Some records indicate the S in her name was Sedley as it was commonly used within the family.
