I'm not sure about any of these links. I'm going off the dates and ages in the plot layout of the most likely relationships. I need more data to link them correctly.

Also, there's the question of William W. and Harry A. -- Since William W.'s age is undetermined, except that he's an adult when he dies in 1888, and Harry A.'s age makes him born after John dies, most likely makes him a grandchild of John and Margaret (Craig) Algeo, but who's?

W.H.H. Algeo's obit also lists a brother Charles C. Algeo of Philadelphia and a sister Mrs Dr Gentry also of Philadelphia.
