OBITUARY APPEARED FRIDAY JULY 20, 1990: MARIE CARTER GILBERT SERVICES SCHEDULED MONDAY: RIVERSIDE - Marie Carter Gilbert, 80, died Wednesday in Zurbrugg Memorial Hospital, Riverside. Born in New Egypt, she lived in Bordentown before moving to Riverside six years ago. Wife of the late George Gilbert, who died only a few hours before Mrs. Gilbert at Zurbrugg Memorial Hospital, she is survived by a very special attached daughter and son-in-law, Margie and Herb Borgstrom of Crosswicks; a sister-in-law, Chris Rockhill of Riverside; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four cousins. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Peppler Funeral Home, 122 Crosswicks St., Bordentown. The Rev. Edward F. Conway, pastor of the Crosswicks United Methodist Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Jacobstown Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
