EX-SENATOR AINLAY DIES
BELGRADE (Special Dispatch) Ben. J. Ainlay, 90, former Nance County Asseser and former Nebraska State Senator died Tuesday night at the Fullerton Nursing Home.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Beaman Palmer Funeral Home with the Rev. Norman Crourse of Rising City officiating. Burial will be in the Fullerton Cem. Visitation is from 2 to 5 and 7 ro 9 on Thursday at the Funeral Home.
Mr. Ainlay served as a Nance County Assessor from 1944 to 1954. He also served as a State Senator.
He is survived by the Senator Ben Jr of Troy Kan, 4 daughters, Marquerite Ainlay of Belgrade; Mrs. J.H. McKillip of Genoa. Mrs Harold Whitehead of Monroe, Wis and Mrs. Elano Pierce of Covina, Calif. 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife who died in 1950
