EDGERTON - Mrs. Harry Langworthy, 81, died Saturday in a Janesville nursing home.
The former Margaret Horton, daughter of John and Mary Horton, was born Sept. 29, 1874, in the Town of Janesville. The family moved to Fulton Township when she was a child. Her marriage to Harry Langworthy took place April 17, 1901. They lived on a Fulton Township farm until moving to Edgerton in March 1947. He died Nov. 10, 1947.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Emma Affeldt, Libertyville, Ill., Mrs. Vera Farrington and Mrs. Jeanette Kleimenhagen, Rte. 2, Edgerton; six grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Oscar Watson, Burbank, Calif.
Services will be at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Ruben Tellefson Funeral Home and at 9 in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, the Rev. George Thommes officiating. Burial will be in Fassett Cemetery.
