BEVILL, ANNICE O'REAR passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2005. She was 93 years old. She was a former resident of Townley, Alabama and Jasper, Alabama. She was a registered nurse, and practiced in Jasper. She was dedicated to her family, her patients and her community and loved by all. She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Jasper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Travis ("Bill") Bevill, her daughter Judith Frances Bevill, granddaughter Alice Anne Breen and her sisters and brothers, Frances O'Rear Dobbs, Clare O'Rear Stephenson, Lucille O'Rear Kilgore, James O'Rear, Paul O'Rear, Curtis O'Rear, John B. O'Rear and Ezra O'Rear. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Anne Breen, her grandson Whilden Patrick Breen III her sister-in-law Betty Joyce Bevill Powell and many nieces and nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews, who loved her very much and to whom she was devoted. There will be a visitation at Kilgore-Green Funeral Home in Jasper on Tuesday, June 21, at 9:00 a.m. for family and 10:00 for friends. There will be a graveside funeral service for family and friends at Oak Hill Cemetery in Jasper at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Charles Powell officiating. The family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Scholarship Foundation Fund, Department of Nursing, at Bevill State Community College, Jasper Campus, 1411 Indiana Avenue, Jasper, Alabama 35501.
