Nellie M. Fraley, 80, passed away the evening of January 6, 2014 at Lima Memorial Health Systems. She was born on August 28, 1933, in Alger, to Burley & Rosie Oliver Collins, who have preceded her in death. On August 11, 1950, she married her husband of 48 years Eugene C. "Sonny" Fraley, who passed away on June 30, 1998. Nellie was a wife and homemaker. She was an incredible lady who loved her family dearly. Her family was the world to her and she was the world to them. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were her pride and joy. Nellie enjoyed gardening and working in her yard, loved sports, and was part of the "Buckeye Family". She loved spending time with her family and countless friends. She regularly attended Crossroads First Church of God. Survivors include three children: Charles "Gene" (Tedra) Fraley, of Hartwell, GA., Dianna Fraley (Danny) Thomas, of Shreveport, LA., and Thomas (Fran) Fraley, of Palm Coast, Fl.; seven grandchildren: Patrick (Paige) Fraley, Allyson Fraley (Josh) Sicard, Justin (Hanna) Fraley, Amanda Fraley (Matt) Gleiter, Stacey Thomas (fiance' Davis Woodward), Mindy Schoonover and Shanda Thomas; six great-grandchildren: Cameron Edmund, Alice Marie, Cory, Alexis, Cody, Dakota and Ryleigh; one brother Elmer (Erma) Collins. She was preceded in death by four sisters: Sibble Taylor, Frances Gay, Shirley Carter, and Mamie Hanthorn; and six brothers: Charles Collins, Roy Collins, Russell Collins, Gene Collins, Donnie Collins and Richard Collins.
