Robert "Rusty" Collins, 64, died at noon Feb. 12, 1996, at his residence. He was born May 13, 1931, in Alger to Burley and Rosie Oliver Collins. Mr. Collins had worked as a truck driver and a construction worker for Churchill Construction. He was a member of Eagles Lodge 370 and Moose Lodge 199, both of Lima and Eagles Lodge of Columbus Grove. Survivors include a son, Robert Burley Collins of Lima, and a stepson, Lucky Fuller of Houston, Texas; three daughters, Christina R. Collins of New York, Claudette R. (Barry) Stephens of El Paso, Texas, and Kimberley Thomas of Galveston, Texas, and a step-daughter, Valarie Winterstellar of Lima; a brother, Elmer Collins of Ada; three sisters, Nellie Fraley and Shirley Carter, both of Lima and Mamie Hanthorn of Middle Point. He was preceded in death by five brothers, Charles, Roy, Richard, Lewis "Gene" and Donald Collins; two sisters, Sibble Taylor and Frances Gay; and a granddaughter.
