On 7 December 1902 George Arnold married Miss Velma Vetta Woodall. The daughter of Joseph Brown Woodall and Mary Ella (Hardy) Woodall of Cornelia, Georgia Habersham County and Valley Head, Alabama Dekalb County. George and Velma married in Dekalb County. Together they had Georgia Pauline Scott, Dorothy M. Scott, Vergie Irene Scott, and Wallace Leon Scott. When George died Velma married Lewis Augustus "Gus" Richardson in 1919 Dekalb County. They had two children together. * Vergie Irene Scott (29 February 1911 Alabama -1983) married Richard Jewel Richardson Dekalb County, Alabama. Married Albert Wayne McCann 1930 Cherokee County, Kansas. George Arnold Scott and his family are loved and missed by all who knew them. They will not be forgotten...
