Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Lakeview Cemetery with Masonic rites. Arrangements are by Peppers Family Funeral Home of Memphis.

Mr. Carroll Fowler was born Sept. 25, 1929, in Lesley to H.C. and Carrie Redwine Fowler. He graduated from Lakeview High School in 1947. Carroll was a farmer and belonged to the Masonic Lodge and Lakeview Lion's Club.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jimmie Jean Fowler; a brother, John Porter Fowler; and a sister, Beulah Clyden Gibson.

Survivors include a son, Jimmy Carroll Fowler of Memphis; a daughter, Connie Brinson of Memphis; four grandchildren, Natalia Fowler of Lubbock, Jeffery Brinson of Memphis, Jason Fowler of Houston and Chris Brinson of Clinton, Okla.; and two great-grandchildren.
