MRS. NORMAN STARR
CHITTENANGO – Mrs. Laura Starr, 48, of 705 Mohawk St., died Monday shortly after being admitted to Oneida City Hospital. Mrs. Starr was stricken at home.
Surviving are her husband, Norman Starr; one son, Robert Starr of Syracuse; four daughters, Mrs. Arlene Van Borst of Canastota, Mrs. Doris Starr Beechnes of Syracuse, Maxine Starr and Rose Starr, both of Chittenango; and two brothers, Walter and Elmer Beckley of Baldwinsville.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Tyler Funeral Home, the Rev. Leigh Stephenson of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
