Services for Clarence P. Ropp, 24, of 1417 Chicago St., will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Bible Holiness Church.
He died at 7:10 p.m. Friday in his residence after a five-month illness.
He was born March 29, 1963, in Logansport, to Paul H. and
Maryan Groninger Ropp. His mother survives.
He was a 1981 graduate of Covenant Christian School.
He attended Bible Holiness Church.
He had been employed at Hoosier Refreshment Company Inc.,
since 1981.
Also surviving are a sister, Cathy M. Ross, Rt. 4; three brothers,
Michael P., 610 Jackson St., Dennis A., Gainesville, Fla., and Brian P., in the United States Marine Corp; paternal grandparents,
Parley and Edna Ropp, 1031 19th St., maternal grandfather,
Clarence Groninger, 1500 Miles St.; and several nieces and
nephews.
The Rev. Billy Watts and the Rev. Paul Wilson will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Harper Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. today in McCloskey
Hamilton-Gundrum Funeral Home.
