DIES AT 81 AT HER RESIDENCE
Mrs. Marcella Norkosky To Be Buried On Saturday


Mrs. Marcella Norkosky, 81 years old, resident of Manitowoc for 60 years, died at her home, 917 South 25th street, Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

Death was preceded by an illness of one month, although she had not been in good health for some time. The body will be removed from the Leschke funeral home to the residence at 1 o'clock this afternoon. Services will be conducted there Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and at 9 o'clock at St. Mary's church. The Rev. J.M. Pociecha will officiate and burial will be at St. Mary's cemetery.

Mrs. Norkosky, whose maiden name was Konnieczka, was born in Prussia in 1852. She came to the United States and directly to Manitowoc in 1873 and the following year she was married to George Norkosky. Mr. Norkosky died in 1907.

The survivors are five daughters, Mrs. Joseph Budnik, Mrs. Anton Bonk, Mrs. John Ozga and Mrs. Martin Bonk, all of Manitowoc, and Mrs. William Toomey of California, one son, George, of this city, a sister, Mrs. Piaszeywski, 39 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Norkosky was a member of the Holy Rosary society.
